Thomas Rand has been lead counsel in a variety of jury and judge trials, and arbitrations, in areas of personal injury, contracts and construction, business and employment, land-use, and divorce and family law cases; and co-counsel in several lawsuits litigated to verdict with damages ranging from three hundred thousand to several million dollars. Mr. Rand has served as a moot court judge for Catholic University law students from 1988 through 1995, and as a member of the Ethics Committee of the Montgomery County Bar Association from 1989 through 1994.
